Classroom & Practical Care Training
Explore our planned face-to-face training programmes, ask about availability and register your interest in upcoming sessions. We clearly separate courses in preparation from confirmed provision.
Practical learning, responsibly delivered.
Subject-competent trainers
Teaching and assessment will be delivered only by people with demonstrated expertise in the subject area.
Safe learning settings
Practical sessions require appropriate equipment, risk assessments and clear safety arrangements.
Transparent certificates
Completion certificates are not presented as awarding-body qualifications or proof of workplace competence unless legitimately supported.

These are future training opportunities and enquiry routes. Where sessions are not confirmed, we do not request payment or promise a certificate.
Medication Awareness
A proposed trainer-led knowledge course covering medication responsibilities, MAR records, safe handling, consent, error reporting and professional boundaries.
Status: In preparation. No confirmed training dates or bookings.
Moving & Handling of People
A proposed instructor-led session with practical demonstrations, equipment awareness and supervised techniques appropriate to the learner’s role.
Status: Existing registration-of-interest form; session availability not yet confirmed.
CPR & Basic Life Support
Enquire about hands-on practice with an appropriately qualified instructor. Classroom practice and observed assessment must be distinguished from theory-only learning.
Status: Existing registration-of-interest form; session availability not yet confirmed.
Introduction to Phlebotomy: Theory & Simulation
A possible introductory course using simulated equipment. Live venepuncture would require separate clinical governance, appropriate supervision and insurance arrangements.
Status: Exploratory only; not yet available for enrolment or qualification.
Learning Disability & Autism: Approved Programme Partnerships
Phronesis is exploring options to work with an approved provider of the official Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training, including lived-experience co-trainers.
Status: Phronesis is not currently an approved provider of that programme.
Medication Administration: Competence Pathway
An advanced future programme for employers who need knowledge development and evidence of supervised workplace competence in medication administration.
Status: In development; an Academy theory certificate alone would not authorise administration.
