About Course

The International Workforce Ready Program prepares candidates for successful employment and relocation to countries such as Ireland, Portugal, and Luxembourg.

This program builds on foundational workforce readiness and provides specialised training in hospitality operations (where applicable), workplace French (Luxembourg pathway), and intensive interview preparation.

The goal is to ensure learners are fully prepared, confident, and competitive for international employers.

Program Goal

To prepare learners for international employment through advanced workplace readiness, language preparation, and employer interview readiness.

By the end of this program, learners will be able to:
Demonstrate readiness for international employment
Understand hospitality and service workplace standards (hospitality track)
Communicate using basic workplace French (Luxembourg pathway)
Perform confidently in international job interviews
Understand employer expectations in European workplaces
Present themselves professionally to international employers

International Hospitality & Hotel Operations This module prepares candidates for global hospitality roles by teaching international service standards and operational expectations.
