Assessing an Emergency Situation (Professional Deep-Dive)
Learners are taught how to assess an emergency safely and calmly. This lesson covers checking for danger, assessing responsiveness, calling for help, and understanding when to seek emergency medical assistance. Emphasis is placed on remaining calm and following organisational procedures.

Common First Aid Scenarios
This lesson covers common first aid situations encountered in care settings, such as cuts and bleeding, burns and scalds, choking, fainting, and minor injuries. Learners explore appropriate immediate actions and understand the limits of their role, avoiding actions they are not trained to perform.

Reporting, Recording, and Aftercare (Professional Deep-Dive)
Learners examine the importance of recording first aid incidents accurately and reporting them according to organisational policy. This lesson also covers monitoring individuals after first aid has been given, recognising when further medical attention is needed, and providing reassurance and support.
